I got Excel V, and in the consultation I was bothered by them repeatedly recommending a more expensive package instead of the Excel V trial price I had originally been thinking of, and the doctor was kind. But as expected, it seems like it will take several sessions to see an effect. Right now, the redness has only calmed down a little, and although I also got the spot-care mode, the results are minor. In truth, the redness is being managed with V-beam Perfecta, so the red traces from acne are gone, and for melasma and blemishes, the doctor also recommended toning laser treatment. Whatever it is, they do try to steer you toward other procedures during the consultation.
