I came in for a first-visit benefit, and I specifically said I wanted it on my chin, but they didn't even put the machine on my chin and only treated my face;; When I pointed it out, they said there was another procedure so I'd have to wait 30 minutes to an hour, so I just left.. lol What a waste of money, seriously unbelievable. It wasn't the staff's fault. During the procedure, the nurse even said, “This person is getting it for chin fat,” but the doctor said they would handle it, and in the end the machine never even touched my chin. Please be more humble. And I had already waited 50 minutes, so does it make sense to tell me to wait again? lol
