I just went in for a simple square-jaw Botox injection. It wasn't the chief director, just a paid doctor, I think. I felt it was really unfriendly, but the mother who went with me was treated by the chief director and said it was very kind and satisfying. If possible, I recommend getting treated by the chief director. I went two or three times, and once the staff member checked my jaw muscles and said it looked like I didn't need it, so they didn't recommend it. I don't think they tried to push me into the procedure. If possible, just try asking the chief director..
