I already knew it would be expensive when I went, but spending over 200 on just a few injections was still a bit of a waste.. Still, the effect is definitely there, so it's okay. It's not super dramatic, but the swelling went down first and the thickness also got thinner.. But it's a little disappointing that there was no consultation with the director.. I'm going again soon, and I'm wondering whether to do the gastrocnemius muscle then. If I get the gastrocnemius muscle done, I think everyday life would be a bit inconvenient
