The first place I got a nose consultation was D-Day, so there were a lot of things I didn’t really know, but the manager explained everything in great detail. My nose is small and low, so she said I’d need silicone for the bridge, and for the tip either septal cartilage plus ear cartilage, or if they open the septum during surgery and it seems too small to use, they would use donated rib cartilage. At the time, it was my first consultation so I didn’t know much, and I thought, oh, so that’s how it works. But thinking about it now, it was scary that they were willing to proceed with surgery even though they weren’t certain what materials they’d use. My nose is kind of borderline, so maybe they explained it that way only to me, but after consulting several places, this part stuck with me... I’m still deliberating a lot about materials. Even after the consultation, the manager kept helping me comfortably with the parts I was worried about, and she was the kindest manager I encountered out of all the places I visited!! The price was the lowest at D-Day both for the actual quote and the review-event price.
