I had my first surgery with an incision in early 2021, and it loosened after about 2 years, so I got an A/S revision. I liked that during the surgery they made me open my eyes halfway through to check the line. It seems like they pursue a natural-looking line. As a tip for getting the line right, during the consultation don't get intimidated by the doctor's blunt reaction; steel yourself.. and explain in as much detail as possible exactly what you want. I think good results come from that. For the revision, they made the line deeper, and even now, 2 years later, it's holding well with no sign of loosening, and although the line isn't absolutely perfect, I'm fairly satisfied with it. However, I also didn't realize this, but sometimes when I doze lightly or something, it seems like I sleep with my eyes slightly open.. I'm thinking that in a few more years it'll loosen a bit more and be fine..
