I made a reservation by phone and visited the hospital the next day. I arrived on time, but ended up waiting more than 30 minutes. After that I had a consultation with the manager, and she said the staff member who had taken my reservation over the phone shouldn't have taken it, and that I wouldn't be able to meet the doctor today. If that was the case, why make me wait...? And they didn't apologize or suggest any other solution. I just wasted my time for nothing. But not long after I had the consultation, they shut down. I wonder if they were just acting recklessly because they were planning to close down..
