I was pretty nervous because it was my first time doing something to my nose, and I showed them the style I wanted, but neither the managing director nor the surgeon really listened + when I asked about various things, they got irritated, so I was like, what is this The procedure seems to have turned out okay, worth the money, but I think they need to improve their friendliness.
