First of all, the hospital is huge. It's on floors 12 through 17, I think. When I first went, I wrote down my name, contact information, etc., and took a face photo. Then I got a CT scan. After that, I had a consultation with the consultation manager. There was a little waiting, but not that long. The director's consultation was kind and thorough.
