Also, the person who handled the consultation was extremely kind and gentle, so even though I visited feeling tense, I was able to talk comfortably. The overall atmosphere also felt warm and comfortable, almost like a family, rather than like a hospital, so even first-time visitors probably would not feel too pressured.
