He said my eyes would improve if I did it, the eye-smile muscle would be preserved, and if the fat on top were spread out there was a chance it would get better. He also thought fat grafting might be needed, but said if the patient wanted, we could first try just repositioning it. If the fullness near the area is from leftover filler, we would only know after opening it. If the tissue is tangled, they sometimes use a dissolving injection in the middle. (This makes me a bit suspicious, so I'm still thinking about it).. Repositioning 2,000,000 won -> 1,430,000 won Fat grafting 1,100,000 won
