The consultation itself did not feel especially clear, and because the explanation went on somewhat lengthily, it was hard to grasp the key points quickly. Also, the facility overall felt less like it was clean and comfortable and more like it was in somewhat poor condition, which was disappointing. That said, when I asked questions separately about things I was curious about, they answered relatively sincerely, and their attitude itself was not bad. Overall, it was an experience that felt like it had both disappointing parts and acceptable parts.
