Pros: The doctors ask all sorts of questions and listen well to requests. They ask whether the previous procedure was okay, whether I had received this kind of procedure before, what my skin condition is like, and so on. They talk for more than 30 seconds before the procedure. Not about hair removal though, that’s different. I’ve been to other factory-style clinics too, and they hardly ever talk... Compared to that, the doctors here are generally kind and sincere. (Maybe because I only went on weekday afternoons.) The manager is also kind and doesn’t pressure you into over-selling or payment. When I got Rejuran, I forgot to ask them to show the unopened product, but while I was lying there they opened it in front of me and gave me the sticker. Cons: The counter staff are not great;; their expression is rude and their tone is a bit... After the QR check-in system was introduced, the first time I went there after making a reservation, she didn’t even make eye contact and just typed on the keyboard while saying, "Please check in with the QR code up front." There were several times like that that really annoyed me. ++ Lately they’ve become a bit kinder. Did that rude staff member quit? And a few days ago I went, got a procedure, made a follow-up appointment, and left, but now I see that the appointment date was entered incorrectly and I got an alert message lol;; It’s only off by one day, but if I hadn’t noticed, my schedule could have gotten messed up. I think I’ve spent 4 to 5 million won only at this clinic, and the doctors (except for one) are better than most factory-style places, but the counter keeps annoying me, so once I use up my prepaid amount I’m thinking of moving to another clinic. ++ Parking makes me extremely irritated every time I go. It takes at least 10 minutes just to park, and they make you loop around all the way down to basement level 3. Weekday afternoons are at least somewhat better.
