The director is kind, with a gentle way of speaking. The manager and staff are average. It's the off-season so it's fairly quiet. The consultation was detailed and kind, but for some reason I got the feeling I was being rejected for surgery, which left me feeling strange. They pointed out the strengths and weaknesses of my face overall and said my nose suits me as it is, with a tone that seemed like they weren't recommending surgery, but I felt like they were refusing me surgery. It makes me wonder if my nose is really that difficult a nose, and it's hard to erase the feeling that they smiled while refusing me.. Anyway, it's unsettling and I feel bad. The director seems skilled, and for someone who fits here, this place could become a nose god..
