My midface is long and my nose is on the longer side, but I said I wanted a shorter, more feminine nose. I also told them I had septal deviation surgery twice, but it still didn't improve, and they just said I shouldn't have surgery. They said my whole face is crooked, so even septal deviation wouldn't improve.
