The doctor explained very thoroughly, even drawing the eyeball diagram, and especially said that E-Ticon under-eye surgery has a much lower risk of recurrence, so I trusted that this hospital's differentiating point and got E-Ticon under-eye surgery. I originally had almost no under-eye fat and was on the thin side, but I felt myself that the fat was slowly creeping up, and after searching on YouTube I saw videos saying that if you leave under-eye fat alone, the skin can sag later and you may even need lower blepharoplasty, so I decided to do it before my skin elasticity got any worse. The doctor didn't especially recommend that I must do it. In particular, other hospitals suggested fat grafting above the eyes or combining it with aegyo-sal surgery, but here there were no such recommendations, which actually made it feel more trustworthy. Honestly, as the doctor said in advance, there wasn't a huge visible change after the surgery, but I had decided to do it for preventive reasons, and since there were no side effects, I'm fairly satisfied~
