When I went there for a consultation, I was surprised because the hospital facilities were better than I expected. The facilities were so good that I put down a deposit to get surgery there, but then the doctor in charge of my surgery suddenly quit, which shocked me. So after thinking about it, I canceled the reservation. Still, the consultation manager was kind. I was a bit concerned about the deposit refund, but thankfully there was still a lot of time left before the surgery period, so I got everything refunded. Looking back now, it was such a large hospital that the consultation and procedures were easy. Above all, the facilities were good, and that was what drew me in the most.
