I felt something behind my ear and brushed it off at first, but it kept getting bigger and hurt when pressed, so I finally went to a clinic. I got scared for no reason, but after examining me, they explained that it was a boil and said it could be removed right away, which put me at ease more than I expected. They numbed it and removed it simply, and even though I was tense, there was almost no pain and it was over quickly. They explained the treatment process calmly too, so I didn't feel burdened. They also told me in detail how to disinfect and care for it, so I could manage it comfortably at home. I ended up thinking I almost let it get bigger by just enduring it alone, and wondered why I hadn't come sooner. If you have similar symptoms, I think it's much better not to put it off and to go to the clinic quickly.
