The doctor didn’t just give a mechanical consultation, but explained things thoughtfully with analogies that were easy to understand, which I liked. They clearly said what couldn’t be done, but kept saying things like, “A or B, it’s your choice,” so I wished they had shared a bit more of their own opinion. If anything, the director seemed more certain lol We even put down a deposit, but since the designated doctor had left? Was on a break? surgery was said to be impossible, so we canceled, which was disappointing.
