Overall, the clinic facilities were clean and well maintained, and there was no inconvenience with the waiting environment or traffic flow when I visited. The consultation manager’s response was relatively kind, and the explanation style was calm. However, during the consultation process, I didn’t get a strong sense that they were carefully reflecting the eye shape and reference photos I had prepared myself, and overall it felt like they were moving forward mainly in the direction proposed by the clinic. In the post-surgery results, the left-right symmetry was not completely matched, which was disappointing. Fortunately, post-op care and progress checks were carried out relatively well, and the response during visits for aftercare was also smooth. Regarding after-service too, the clinic was relatively cool about it without a strongly defensive attitude, and they explained additional care and follow-up observation as well. Overall, it left the impression of a clinic with clear strengths and weaknesses.
