I booked a consultation because this place was famous for revision eyelid surgery, and it was the first hospital I visited while shopping around. They recommended a double-line technique for the surgery, and the director seemed confident, saying they would make sure no scar would be left. lol But even here they said it was still a difficult eye shape... The hospital facilities are a bit old, but that doesn't mean it has anything to do with surgical skill... Anyway, it was one of the hospitals I seriously considered until the end. I did get the surgery somewhere else though...
