After paying 1.4 million won, I experienced both sexual humiliation and a failed procedure. Absolutely not recommended. I paid 1.4 million won (Dual 2 course) to improve nasolabial folds and the jawline, and I had planned to receive a total of 24 threads, 4 PCL threads + 20 Contensina threads. But during the design process before the procedure, I was subjected to extremely unpleasant and inappropriate physical contact by the doctor in charge. There was absolutely no change from the procedure, and the hospital's response was irresponsible, so I am leaving this review for public interest. 1. Inappropriate physical contact: During the design, the doctor pulled my body close so that my leg, while I was sitting on the bed, touched the area around the genitals between his lower body, and it was so unpleasant and humiliating. I felt awful even before the procedure, but I held it in because I had already paid. 2. Design and vector error: If you look at the marking photo drawn quickly in less than a minute before the procedure, the threads are pulling not toward the nasolabial folds but only toward under the chin. As a result, the nasolabial area was not improved at all, and there was no change in the chin area either. My wishes were not considered at all during the design, and with a very authoritarian attitude he brushed off my opinion with the absurd remark, “Dimples make you look older! You need to get rid of dimples to get rid of wrinkles! You need to get rid of wrinkles to live long!” 3. Suspicion about the number of threads (quantitative): When I looked at the prepared threads right before the procedure, there were only about 15 threads, not 24. When I asked the long-haired manager? nurse assistant? who consulted with me, I only got the absurd answer, “It’s because the threads are short.” 4. Hygiene: Hygiene management was a mess, such as placing the threads on a reused ordinary towel that was not in a sterile area while preparing for the procedure. Also, the director’s gown had black blood stains in many places that had not been washed out. 5. Procedure and aftercare response: Even though I informed them that I was leaving the country, and even though it was clear that the design itself did not perform the paid procedure regardless of post-procedure swelling, they only made excuses like “wait a month,” “it’s because you didn’t do filler,” and “even if you come back, you’ll need filler.” Now they read my KakaoTalk messages and simply ignore me. I originally wanted a lifting procedure through thread lifting; I was not trying to patch the problem area with filler. The doctor in question never intended to improve the nasolabial area that was promised through thread lifting from the start, and kept resenting me for not adding a nasolabial filler procedure. Throughout the procedure he was extremely curt and unfriendly, repeatedly saying things like why I wasn’t doing nasolabial filler and that I should have used the money I planned to spend on other treatment to get filler from him instead. Even the manager who consulted me went so far as to ask me to say something to avoid upsetting the director, because when I told her during consultation that filler was too expensive here and I would get it somewhere else, she said, “Then please tell the director that you’ll get the filler procedure next time. He will definitely tell you to do the filler procedure together.” Also, even though I had anesthesia, I felt severe pain, but I couldn’t even scream because I was afraid of upsetting the touchy doctor and interfering with the procedure. I endured the pain, but even that made the director snap at me, saying, “Hey, why are you so tense? What do you mean it hurts!” So I tried to soothe him again and said, “Yes, doctor, I’ll keep breathing deeply,” but the doctor got angry again and said, “Hey, lift your head! Why do you keep lowering your head?!” With such unprofessional behavior and remarks, he made me even more terrified while I was in pain. From the beginning, I should have been more careful seeing the hospital's strange atmosphere and the director's bizarre behavior and comments, but I regret being fooled by the false marketing of “4 PCL threads + 20 Contensina threads for 1.4 million won.” When I looked closely at the review photos again, most of them also seemed to be crudely retouched with Photoshop. I came back to Korea for the first time in three years and wanted to get thread lifting during my vacation, but that opportunity was ruined too. I hope no one else has to waste a lot of money and time and suffer emotionally like I did. I have already filed a complaint with the Korea Consumer Agency. Choose carefully.
