I looked up a ton of reviews and worried a lot about possible side effects, but thankfully the surgery went extremely well. The jaw opening issue is something that will open again if you wait with patience. After the first surgery, the swelling lasted longer than I expected. Including the residual swelling, it was about a month.. They say if the muscles are big, the swelling is that much bigger too. But after the second surgery, thankfully the swelling went down quickly. I'm very satisfied with my face shape now, but as a downside, I think my compensatory muscles got a bit bigger. I guess all I can do is take good care of myself..
