Both the manager and the director were kind, and the director answered my questions carefully, so I felt comfortable asking anything. I liked how they explained, while repeatedly adjusting my eye shape, what kind of surgery would be needed to get the eye shape I wanted and what shape would come out. There was no pressure to leave a deposit, and the cost of the double eyelid surgery is reasonable.
