I went for the first consultation, then after asking around through someone I knew, I got introduced to a manager who said she had recommended the same first surgery and materials as me but at a lower price and was very kind, so I booked a second consultation. But when I went on the day, the manager I wanted couldn't come. They informed me that someone else would substitute for the consultation. They kept asking why I wanted to change, and when I said it was because I had been introduced, they kept saying that it wouldn't make a difference even if I consulted someone else. Then, even though I had already said I wanted to see the director once more, they asked, 'Do you really need to see the director today before you leave?' lol It really left a bad feeling, and I decided not to go because I was honestly worried about aftercare and A/S. I liked the nose shape itself and the result, but I really did not like the consultation manager or the way the hospital was run overall.
