He's a doctor who gives a diagnosis that fits the patient's face. Rather than just saying you'll look prettier if you have surgery, I liked that he pointed out the risks and the parts that might be unsatisfying for that surgery on my own face. I also got consulted about another bone surgery, and what left an impression was how he explained point by point that there could be more to lose than gain from surgery. I agreed with that, because my bones aren't so sharp that I really need surgery.. He spoke honestly about why things could get longer or start sagging for that reason, and he talked about his own surgical method for minimizing that, so compared with other consultations, I trusted him more because he was confident and didn't exaggerate.
