I went for a first eye surgery consultation. First of all, there were quite a lot of patients compared to the space, so it felt a bit chaotic. The manager was probably busy too, so the kindness level was somewhere between adequately mechanical and unfriendly. During the consultation, the director designed the line, but kind of said, without explanation, that "you have to do this." It would have been better if the explanation were a little more detailed.
