The consultation with the director was neither too short nor too long, just an appropriate amount of time. They showed me roughly what it would look like after surgery using Photoshop, and I could feel the effort put into it. But it didn't match my aesthetic preference, so that was disappointing.. The consultation manager treated me warmly like an older sister and also did a good job with the consultation.
