I’ve had severe Ota nevus since I was a child, so I came up from the provinces. As expected from its reputation, I made a reservation, but I waited more than two hours, then after applying the anesthetic cream I waited another 30+ minutes. The doctor doesn’t look at the face in super fine detail, but seems to instantly tell what can and can’t be done. The procedure pain was extremely intense, and they told me to keep the DuoDERM on for about 10 days, but I think I removed it almost a day or two early. Still, it came off well without scarring, and the Ota nevus hasn’t recurred, so I’m doing well. The black spots came back inevitably, so I plan to revisit soon. They really need to change the reservation system; even with a booking, the wait is too long.
