The doctor explains things very kindly on YouTube, but in an actual consultation, rather than listening carefully to the patient's questions, they tend to push their own opinions. I wrote down everything I was curious about, but I couldn’t even ask them ... And because my memory is bad, I wanted to record the consultation, but they wouldn’t even allow that. I left the clinic having only heard the doctor’s one-sided opinions and thoughts, not an actual consultation. It was my final candidate for surgery, but after the consultation I decided to do it at another hospital.
