The doctor had a pretty rude attitude, so I felt a bit offended.. maybe he was just in a bad mood today.. The manager is kind. They explain things while looking at the CT images, and they do answer everything when you ask questions. He only said I needed alar reduction, and only after I asked did he finally tell me it would be an internal and external incision. Oh, and during the consultation he really emphasized that surgery without implants is the hardest kind of surgery.. This was the first time I heard that my septal cartilage is a bit on the small side. But they said you only know for sure once they open it, and if the septal cartilage alone is not enough after opening, then they would have to use donated rib cartilage. (Separate cost if donated rib cartilage is used) Apart from the slight rudeness, I think the doctor was honest and ethical.
