I went for a consultation for tip rhinoplasty. I wanted to change as little as possible and keep it natural, and Oblique seemed like it would do natural, delicate work, so I had high hopes. But during the consultation they broke everything down too finely and priced in unnecessary work for the alar rim and nostrils too, so the total came out way too high .. I didn't get the surgery.
