The director doesn't seem especially friendly, but also doesn't ask for unnecessary surgery and seems like a firm person. They perform surgery with their own method, so the after-surgery shape still allows a pig nose, which was a good point for me since I like comfort. The manager didn't give off a particularly friendly impression.
