I didn't get a kind feeling from them. It had that factory-like feeling typical of a big hospital. It's done in a total of 3 sessions. My double chin had always bothered me, and it did shrink a little. But it didn't shrink drastically heh. Still, it feels more effective than a simple contouring injection. I think losing weight is the right answer.
