I had surgery 5 years ago: partial-incision open approach, osteotomy, silicone, ear cartilage, and alar reduction. Chief Director Seok Jeong-hun personally consulted with me and performed the surgery well, so I was satisfied. At the time, the staff were very kind, but now, 5 years later, when I visit for follow-up, it doesn’t feel the same as before; everyone is just doing their own work and the atmosphere is somehow different, which felt unfamiliar. And when I ask questions, the replies are so late that it’s inconvenient.
