They were extremely kind, and the consultation with the doctor comes first. The doctor explained in detail about the surgical method and the surgery itself, and seemed confident. The consultant manager also showed me plenty of surgery reviews, didn't pressure me about the reservation fee, and wasn't burdensome, which I liked.
