I had back canthoplasty. Originally my eyes weren’t super cat-like, and because they were deep-set there wasn’t much space to open them, so I knew the effect wouldn’t be huge, but I was always so stressed about my eyes being short horizontally that I went ahead with the surgery without much hesitation.
