As soon as I told the consultation manager exactly what direction I wanted, they immediately diagnosed me and recommended options, so I was a bit taken aback, but anyway the final adjustment and decision were made again with the director. It may be polarizing, but from my point of view it was nice to have a plausible prediction before going into the exam room. They showed me photos of how my eyes would change while avoiding excessive options, and adjusted things with me, so I felt trust. There was a somewhat sales-driven feeling too, but there was absolutely no pressure, so it wasn’t uncomfortable, and the hospital atmosphere was good.
