Even after just one session, the design and the effect were good enough that I didn't need a second or third treatment. I got Sculptra because of under-eye hollowing, and as long as I did the 3-3-3 massage well, there were no particular nodules or other problems. At first, when I was recovering, I wondered if it was clumping up, so the hospital loosened it with a massage. It's smooth now.
