I used to worry a lot about my philtrum, so I was looking for surgery to shorten it, and I only asked questions through KakaoTalk. They answered the things I asked pretty kindly. I ended up not doing it because something came up that required me to spend a lot of money, but aside from the fact that they message me a bit too often, it seems okay.
