This is a hospital with very good value, so I buy a VIP pass and go often. However, because the consultation system is handled by a manager rather than a doctor, you can't get a truly professional consultation. Since it's a large hospital, the cleaning is self-service too, so the service isn't great. The staff are generally kind, though. The front desk people are actually sometimes unfriendly. I understand because they're so busy. The female director is thorough and does a good job, and the male directors are kind, but I do feel they're a little lacking in subtlety. They run a lot of events, so it's good to go when there's an event.
