They seem confident in their skills, but they don't accurately explain the surgery method to the customer. It feels like, 'Just trust me and follow along! I'll take care of the surgery properly!' That kind of vibe. The fact that they've run a plastic surgery clinic under the same name in one location for 15 years? 20 years? does make it seem trustworthy.
