I had a consultation for surgery to correct protruding mouth. I was really grateful that the examination fee and consultation fee were free. A CT scan is necessary, but it is financially burdensome, after all. The doctor explained everything calmly and in an easy-to-understand way. The consultation manager felt like they had a somewhat hurried personality. It felt a little burdensome to me.
