They were kind before the surgery, but I think it would have been better if they had remained kind after the surgery too. The manager speaking to me informally was quite unpleasant to me. Even so, if the surgery had gone well, I wouldn't have cared, but it wasn't satisfactory by my standards. I just want to go back to my old face.
