They said they could raise the tip of the nose with a non-open rhinoplasty, so I got Chanel nose surgery. For a few months, because of the swelling I guess, it felt vaguely lifted, and since I didn't want anything too obvious I was fairly satisfied, but now, about 3 years later, I don't feel like I got a big effect. I don't know if that's because I got used to this appearance or because the effect is really that tiny. However, after getting Chanel nose surgery, the inside of my nose became extremely dry and there has been a lot of discharge.
