The surgery itself wasn't painful, but the period after surgery hurt so much. I walked around limping for months. The effect was good, but my leg was tougher, so it recovered within a year. I stayed lying down, and when the doctor saw me a year later, he asked if I'd been on a trip to Europe. I had the procedure done in 2013, and back then they gave one extra treatment for free after a year. Since everything came back after those two sessions, I don't plan to do it a third time.
