I had the consultation after another patient’s surgery had finished, and they were kind and listened well to what I wanted. They did recommend other areas besides the one I wanted, too. They answered my questions in detail, so I was pretty satisfied. The consultation manager was also kind and answered well. I didn’t feel the cost was expensive. I had also visited other places, but there was no consultation fee here and the consultation seemed to go well, so I’m satisfied.
