I had nose surgery 10 years ago, with ear cartilage to lift the tip of the nose and other things like pinched shape, but I wasn't very happy with it and just lived with it. Recently I went in for a consultation because of an inflammation reaction, and they said it really was inflammation and recommended removing the silicone, but their reaction was so calm. I haven't liked the shape for the past 10 years anyway, so I don't want revision surgery.
