First of all, when I first had the consultation, I liked that unlike other places, they didn't pressure me to leave a deposit. They also suggested only what was necessary, and they strongly opposed ptosis correction. For the upper canthoplasty, they said I should do it if I wanted a softer impression, and if I wanted a sharper impression I didn't have to, so when I said I wouldn't do it, they moved on cleanly. However, even up until the day of surgery, they still hadn't marked the line, so right before going into surgery I asked if they could mark it a little, and they did. The line was different from what I wanted, but in the end it became a semi-out and I'm satisfied with that anyway...
