What surprised me a little was that after filling out the visit check-in, I had a CT scan three times. But when I was consulting with the consultation director, there was absolutely no expertise. I visited for a consultation about my eyes and nose, and about two weeks earlier I had a Venus nose/high nose thread procedure at another place and said it had no effect, and they laughed and said, "It's only been two weeks, how can it have been absorbed already?" They said it looked like I had had both thread and filler inserted, and when I said I had only had thread inserted, they insisted on their own that filler had also been inserted. It was absurd. Then they kept insisting just by looking, without even touching it, that it would be difficult. But the funny part is that there was a separate consultation with the director...
